Screen Recorder & Screenshots 1.0.23.0

Screen Recorder & Screenshots is a lightweight Windows application for capturing screen activity as video or GIF. It supports webcam and canvas recording, selective window capture, and audio recording for meetings and interviews. The package includes a simple image editor and frame-based GIF tools aimed at quick post-capture polishing.

• Capture formats: export recordings as GIF or common video files.
• Audio support: record system and microphone audio alongside screen video for calls and interviews.
• Selective capture: isolate individual application windows or record full-screen sessions.
• GIF-focused tools: import frames, edit frame-by-frame, remove duplicate frames, and reduce frame counts.
• Editing features: resize, crop, add text, freehand drawing, watermarking, borders, shadows, and simple cinemagraph effects.
• Transitions and playback: fade and slide transitions, and playback options before saving GIFs.
• Capture scheduling: set capture frequency per second, minute, or hour for automated workflows.
• Webcam and canvas recording support, and basic GIF creation from multi-image sequences.

Usability emphasizes accessibility: the editor is straightforward and useful for quick adjustments, while recording controls expose a range of custom options that approach those of some paid tools. Performance is generally stable and suitable for tutorials, calls, game clips, and live-stream captures; however, users seeking advanced post-production features may find the tool limited compared with dedicated professional suites.
